Think curry lobster, jerk chicken, and escovitch fish, johnny cakes, mango bread, as well as homemade bread served alongside locally grown vegetables like callaloo and pumpkin.

Fresh fruits from our own yard and the nearby farms make for fantastic tropical desserts like coconut cream pie and frozen treats like mango margaritas and banana sorbet. Fresh squeezed juices and locally roasted High Mountain coffee make mornings especially delicious.
